We want you to love your KATCHME fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid return shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
